Recently we have faced a problem: in some cases, customers who use Marketing Mailings, receive a ban from WhatsApp.

Why your WhatsApp account can be banned

There are certain standards for the number of messages sent a day in WhatsApp. The excess of these standards leads to a ban. Do not forget about complaints about the messages.

And also to avoid the risk of a ban:

    Make a newsletter only on your hot customer base;
    Contact your customers by name if you have the opportunity;
    Write friendly text.
